Do you have any questions?

Q1: Is this replaceable lens? 
Our frames are lens replaceable with graded one. You may have it changed on optical centers for proper replacement. 
Q2: Do you have graded lens?
We only offer anti radiation/blue light glasses. If you do need a prescription lens, we do suggest to visit an authorized Optometrist or Optical Shop to do the replacing of lenses process. Our frames are made of High Quality materials and support replacing of lenses.
Q3: Where did your products came from?  
We are a Japanese Inspired Brand. Design and materials used  are from Japan .
Q4: Do you ship internationally?  
No, we currently ship and accept orders nationwide only.  
Q5: Do you have physical stores?  
As of now we don't have any physical store yet. Our products are available through our online selling channels and website where you may place your orders.
Q6: What are the inclusions?  
Each purchase comes with x1 Eyewear, x1 Eyewear Case, x1 Cleaning cloth, x1 Eyewear Pouch, x1 Testing kit set. 

For every purchase of worth P800 you can get a free gift from our store.

ORDER PROCESS  

Placed Orders are deemed final and can no longer be edited. Order process is within 1-2 working days. 


 Estimated delivery Time: GMA - 2-3 working days ​Luzon: 3-5 days Visayas: 5-7 days Mindanao: 5-7 days Via Air / 14-15 Days Via Sea. 


 You'll receive an Order Notification either thru email or sms once order has been pickedup by the courier. You can track your order on courier's website with the tracking number provided.

PAYMENT METHODS  

Payments can be made via GCash or COD.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE  

For cases of damaged or incomplete/wrong items received, customer must message us within 7 days upon receipt.

 The following information must be provided for further checking of concern:
 - Order Number
 - Photos of Item received
 - Details of concern

 Once verified, refund will be processed within 3-5 banking days.

 NOTE:
 Exchange of Item due to change of mind is not valid.
 Used items are not subject for refund or replacement.
